A better process, Not a lesser one.

We rebuilt how depreciation schedules are produced. The professional standard didn’t change - the waiting and price did.

Four step process.

Our technology identifies every depreciable asset, applies the ATO’s rules, and builds your year-by-year schedule.

We do the work

A registered Quantity Surveyor checks the schedule, corrects anything needed, and signs it. Nothing is released without this step.

You receive it

Your complete schedule arrives as PDF and Excel, ready to hand to your accountant.

Why we’re faster.

The established firms send an inspector to physically walk every property. It's thorough - and it's why you wait days and pay a premium. We removed the site visit and rebuilt the process around technology we developed ourselves. It handles the laborious part - identifying assets, applying the ATO's effective life rules, assembling the schedule. What it doesn't do is replace the Quantity Surveyor.

Every schedule is reviewed and signed by a registered QS before it goes anywhere.

The professional standard is identical. The process behind it isn't.

What makes a schedule ATO-defensible.
